We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Pet Realm. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return it to us within 3 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition that you received it.
In its original packaging.
Unused and unworn.

Returning Your Item

To initiate a return, please contact us at here within 3 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow 3 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at here with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
